Technical Supervisor - Field Service
Location: Hounslow, Feltham, South-West London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £30k – £45k per annum (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a field service engineer to handle appliance diagnostics, repairs, installations, and deliveries. This role requires technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to manage stock and logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair domestic and commercial appliances, including fridge freezers, cookers, and washing machines.
• Complete full onsite repairs and provide detailed technical reports.
• Deliver, install, and fit appliances while ensuring proper setup.
• Remove and transport old appliances back to the shop.
• Load, unload, and manage stock, ensuring items are tested and ready for delivery.
• Provide feedback on repaired appliances and report any recurring faults.
• Work closely with the operations manager, ensuring smooth workflow and clear communication.
• Handle customer job requests efficiently and maintain excellent service standards.
Requirements
• Full, valid UK driving licence (ability to drive a delivery van).
• Experience in white goods or domestic appliance repairs preferred.
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy appliances and work in restricted spaces.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Good written communication for reports and feedback.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily customer communication via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Maintain detailed records of each service/job using our internal database.
• Track inventory and manage stock levels for appliances and repair parts.
• Coordinate team schedules, manage attendance records, and track task completion.
• Organize and distribute the daily calendar to ensure the team is aligned with scheduled tasks.
• Respond to online enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and send quotations for appliance repairs or replacements.
• Support overall operations to ensure efficiency in service delivery.

Requirements
